Our Story
Our journey began at the Federal Building in Richland, Washington. There, we built a reputation for consistency, reliability, and attention to detail while serving a high-security, high-traffic facility. That experience became the foundation of something much larger.
As the program grew, it became more than a contract… it became a powerful employment pathway for people with disabilities, many of whom were receiving meaningful, community-based jobs for the first time.
Today, Columbia Ability Alliance: Janitorial Services brings that same high standard of work to local offices, clinics, government agencies, and community spaces across the region. We combine skilled service with a powerful social mission, and we invite every client to be a part of that mission.
