Our Statement

At Columbia Ability Alliance, we celebrate individual differences. We empower individuals in our community by removing barriers to employment and providing opportunities for social inclusion as well as assistance to foster independent living.

One of the values Columbia Ability Alliance provides to our community is the development of diverse workforces by placing our clients with unique abilities and barriers with area businesses. Not all of us start or experience life with the same advantages; some experience physical or intellectual challenges, while others face different types of obstacles that make life challenging. Columbia Ability Alliance addresses these imbalances by removing barriers and creating opportunities for these individuals. This is the essence of creating equity.
