Some of our programs, like Employment Services or Community Center, often require a referral from an agency such as the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation or Developmental Disabilities Administration. Not sure if you qualify for services? Contact us today and we can help you navigate the referral process.
Programs like Opportunity Kitchen and Empowerment Place do not require referrals from partner agencies. If you’d like to refer someone to one of these programs, please complete the form on this page and a staff member will be in touch with you.
