Know Someone Who Could Benefit From Our Services?
We welcome referrals from educators, providers, families, and community members. Whether you’re referring someone to a program that requires agency eligibility or a direct-access service, we’re here to help guide the process.
How Referrals Work at Columbia Ability Alliance
Some of our programs, like Employment Services, Student Services, and the Community Center, typically require a referral from a partner agency such as:
- Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR)
- Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA)
- Foundational Community Supports (FCS)
- School districts (for youth programs)
If you’re not sure whether a referral is needed or where to start, we can help. Reach out and we’ll guide you through eligibility and next steps.
Programs like Opportunity Kitchen do not require a referral. You can submit interest or refer someone directly using the following form.
