Columbia Ability Alliance has proudly provided janitorial and grounds maintenance services to the Richland Federal Building and Federal Courts for more than three decades. As a longstanding AbilityOne® provider, we create meaningful, stable employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, while delivering exceptional service to one of the region’s most important federal facilities.

A Commitment to Quality and Purpose

Our Federal Building team manages over 700,000 square feet of space — including interior offices, courtrooms, public areas, landscaping, and parking lots. This contract currently employs 16 individuals with disabilities from our community, offering dependable work and professional growth opportunities in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
