Columbia Ability Alliance is proud to announce the hiring of Kyle Mattox as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his role as COO, Mattox will oversee operational results across all of Columbia Ability Alliance’s business lines and mission services. With a rich background in specialty retail leadership and a successful track record in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, Mattox brings a unique perspective and a proven ability to drive operational excellence.

Mattox’s career journey includes leadership roles at major retailers such as Borders, Lenscrafters, and Office Depot. He led two different store teams at Office Depot to achieve company-leading results and was recognized as one of the top-performing store managers. His foray into the non-profit sector began with Goodwill Industries of Lane and South Coast Counties and Alaska, where he served for over six years, overseeing a portfolio of retail stores with exceptional sales results and a commitment to community impact.
