Dial-A-Ride in Kennewick, WA: Accessible Transportation for Our Community
Columbia Ability Alliance is proud to partner with Ben Franklin Transit (BFT) to provide accessible and convenient transportation services through Dial-A-Ride (DAR). This service is designed to help individuals with disabilities or mobility challenges access reliable transportation in the Tri-Cities area.
Ben Franklin Transit collaborates with Adult Day Services, Goodwill, Columbia Ability Alliance, and The Arc of Tri-Cities to ensure that Dial-A-Ride meets the needs of the community.
Apply to Ride
To use Dial-A-Ride, all riders must submit a completed Eligibility Application, including a Licensed Provider Verification Form, before being considered for eligibility. Applicants will receive a determination notice within 21 days of submitting a fully completed application.
How to Apply:
- Pick up an application at Three Rivers Transit Center (7109 W. Okanogan Place, Kennewick, WA).
- Call (509) 735-0160 to request an application by mail.
- Visit BFT Dial-A-Ride Application to download and submit your application online.
